Farm Real Estate Program

The Farm Real Estate products we offer are designed to finance agricultural real estate for full and part-time farmers. Eligible land must have an agriculturally related purpose and produce a minimum of $500 ag related income annually.

No Prepayment Penalties Required (Open Pre-Pay Options).

No Maximum Acreage or Loan Limitations.

Improved and to be Improved Property

Long-term fixed and variable-rate financing are offered on agricultural land. If necessary loan security may include improved and/or on to be improved property. Please call us today and we will help you determine the appropriate financing package for your land.

How Much Can I Borrow?

Your loan amount will be determined by the value of the real estate secured in that loan.  In most cases, the loan amount must be equal to or less than 70% of the appraised value. The minimum loan size is $100,000: however.  There are no maximum loan amount limitations. Every borrower is different there for every loan application is based on individual factors.

What Type of Payment Schedules Are Offered?

Annual, semi-annual, and monthly payment schedules are available. In addition, we offer open and partial prepayment options.
